Annotation

This paper discusses gender bias (at least in the Afrikaans version) and gender differences (women outperform men regarding textual information interpretation and vice versa as to graphs and visual information) in two South African academic literacy tests: the English Test of Academic Literacy Levels (TALL) and the Afrikaanse Toets van Akademiese Geletterdheidsvlakke (TAG).
