Annotation

This paper discusses how American definitions and theoretical perspectives of multicultural education often don't get properly implemented, because both the legislation for equalizing school achievement (the No Child Left Behind (NCLB)) and the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE), contain elements that preserve (or fail to solve) unequal schooling conditions.
