Annotation

Drawing on the examples of Operation Horseshoe, and the Račak and Rugovo fightings during the 1998-1999 Kosovo conflict, this paper documents how democratic US and German governments tried to manipulate public perceptions of the Kosovo conflict in order to justify NATO's 1999 Kosovo war.
