Annotation

Exploring the influence of background assumptions on focus in domain-specific communication research, this study of the concept 'Mord' in Swiss criminal law, demonstrates which additional domain-related communicative aspects become discernible when repleting the traditional approaches with ones concentrating on cognition and individual knowledge construction.
