Annotation

This paper discusses some of the theoretical issues raised against written corrective feedback (WCF) for English as a second language (ESL) writing practices, delineates the condition of current empirical evidence and proposes a 10-month study on the impact of WCF on two functional uses of the English article system, given to low-intermediate Auckland students of ESL.
