Annotation

This pluralistic analysis of the (South-)Korean immigrant community in the US, illustrates intra-group variations, thus enhancing the comprehension of their diverse educational ideologies, practices and identities.The study discusses in particular how early study abroad Korean families propagated 'glocalized' English (localized global English) via transnational migration to the US, as an educational strategy.
