This paper examines how health policies and literacies are languaged in HIV/AIDS prevention educational sessions in Tanzania, sponsored by a Tanzanian NGO. The paper focuses on the implementation (problems) of the World Health Organization’s Life Skills Education (LSE) curriculum, not specifically designed for Tanzanian target populations.
