As excessively formalised approaches to pragmatics, which practically exclude agency, cannot handle the complete range of meaning, created by the very nature of inter-agentive communicative relations, this study deals with an integral incorporation of agency into linguistic pragmatics, presenting to this end a hermeneutic (pragmatics) model, articulating the formal and functional linguistic aspects with a detailed notion of autopoiesis.
