Exploring how staff members of a Danish-owned, cross-border software company, Softia, talk about and make sense of modes of “doing culture” in a corporate context, this discourse analytic study offers important insights into practitioners' comprehension of intercultural practices, and, thus provides a contribution to the ever-expanding literature on intercultural business communication and cross-cultural management.
