Annotation

Drawing on Clark and Moss' Mosaic approach, this study attempts to disclose Taïwanese children's subjective experiences of early English instruction, and how these are shaped by parental attitudes and the school context. The studied experiences reveal the maladaptation of early English instruction and the gap between parental expectations and school anticipations of parental commitment to children's English learning.
