Annotation

Drawing on feminist Critical Discourse analysis, this study explores how taxi inscriptions on miniskirt dressing by African women, are used as gendered discourse to discursively compose the female body in public space as a subject of agency or social control and outfit as a ways of conserving inequality and vindicating male dominance.
