Annotation

Drawing on recordings of meetings, ethnographic observations and interviews relating to workplace discourse, this study demonstrates that ‘deviating opinions’ are not only ‘acceptable’, but also constitute -when unmarked- an inherent part of the Problem solving (PbS) process.
