Annotation

It is argued that, despite defiances, Chinese–English bilingual tertiary education is still considered a just and finally gratifying educational practice that suits the socio-political context of developing China. Positive student attitudes toward bilingual instruction significantly predict their academic achievement, whereas English proficiency doesn't.
