This ethnography of bilingual intercultural education (EBI) policy in the Peruvian Andes, aims to demonstrate that although macro-micro relationships are difficult to distinguish, a language policy (LP) analysis based on their comprehension, both vertically in space and horizontally in time, offers a more evident insight into the intricate multidirectionality and multidimensionality of LP in particular contexts.
