Annotation

This study of Luxembourg international banking centre employees' language practices and beliefs (implicit policy), reveals that employees' ethnolinguistic structure and transactional/relational language functions are the two most important bottom-up constraints on language choices. English though appears as a crucial lingua franca for implicating and covering all employees in these settings.
