Annotation
This paper describes the Plurilingual Lounge at Keio University (Japan) as a means of teaching language and culture via natural social interactions. Results offer partial support for the “Student Involvement Theory” and back Fantini's (1995) theory that intercultural communication is best to be acquired via natural social interaction.
