This paper examines how a virtual (i.e., Second Life®) versus a Web environment affect individual intercultural sensitivity. Drawing on a changed version of Chen and Starosta's Intercultural Sensitivity Scale (ISS), interaction attentiveness was identified as playing the most important and statistically significant role in intercultural sensitivity results.
