This paper presents an advanced research tool for the contextual evaluation of acculturation, -the Cultural Day Reconstruction Method (C-DRM)-, which confronts theoretical critiques of present acculturation research (cfr. the restrictions of the established psychological acculturation paradigm) and seizes some of the intricacies of acculturation in modern multicultural contexts.
