Annotation

An undergraduate sample analysis reveals important links between the entire Autism-spectrum Quotient (AQ) count and the “obnoxious/aversive” evaluation of possibly humorous, peaceful circumstances including other people and the self. It is argued that the strong connection between humor and attention switching relies on participants' relative inclination to evade situations linked to the novel or unforseeable.
