Annotation

An 11-element Affinity for Political Humor (AFPH) scale is posited as a higher-order latent factor with four lower-order latent factors (social connection, fear reduction, dominance, and absurdity). Correlational analyses disclose the AFPH units to hold statistically crucial and positive connections with consumption of televised political satire .
