Annotation

This paper discusses how the three-section structure of IRF (teacher initiation–student response–teacher feedback) constitutes the main medium via which explicit content and behavior teaching as well as implicitly constituted school-located dynamics occur, via which first-grade Iranian boys are socialised into societal values whilst facing their first exposure to literacy practices like spelling, reading, and writing.
