This analysis shows that a document devoted to intercultural communication on Finnish campuses, includes pretty culturalist, damnatory, and ethnocentric self- and other-remarks, constituting an 'overthrow of hospitality’ or hostipitality. Interculturality and hospitality are thus narrowed to ‘instructing’ students to adapt to some stereotypical Finnish behavior rather than learning them to debate and co-construct new forms of living together.
