Rwandan Parliament’s language choice statements may be considered as a particular, micro declared language policy, instead of a micro effectuation of the macro policy, as it treats the three official languages -Kinyarwanda, French and English- as equal, whereas in the Constitution Kinyarwanda is considered as the ruling official language.
