Annotation

This study presents a(n as) dialogic (re-interpreted) Functional Discourse Grammar, in which the Contextual Component plays a key role in interaction, to offer a basis for grasping the role of interpersonal conversational alignment and for mirroring evolutions in psycholinguistics. It is used to examine eight excerpts from a dialogue transcription in Eggins and Slade (2005).
