Annotation

Drawing on Vygotskian sociocultural theory, this study examines a way of qualitatively outlining (a French) second language (learner's) sociolinguistic progress via dynamically directed strategic interaction scripts. A single case analysis illustrates one L2 French learner's evolving command of the shifting use of the negative particle ne in verbal negation.
