This paper discusses ambiguity and doublespeak in the delevised debate with British far right-wing party leader, Nick Griffin, broadcast on BBC's "Question Time" (on 22 October 2009): Griffin rejects evaluations of the BNP as anti-immigrant or racist, whilst BNP's political support derives from its anti-immigrant position.
