Annotation

Drawing on the KINSA project (The Communicative Situation of Immigrants at Swedish Workplaces), this paper discusses second language-speaking immigrant employees' joking and swearing as discourse strategies for performing collegiality and constructing and upholding good co-worker relations in a large Swedish company.
