Annotation

This paper uses Ethnographic Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) to identify the how and why of nationalist border reproduction in an English language classroom at the Mexico/US frontier. Students are portayed as border crossers wary not to unhinge the nationalist borders that justify their social and economic advantage.
