This study explores how lecturers' English as a medium of instruction (EMI) proficiency at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) was evaluated by both students and lecturers themselves. It discusses university language management based on a categorisation employed by Marschan-Piekkari and Welch under the rubrics of personnel selection, training and evolution, international tasks and performance rating.
