Annotation

In two experiments, participants read texts including correct, fallacious, or neutral information, placed in realistic or unrealistic stories. They thereafter finished a general knowledge test that contained inquiry for story information. In comparison to realistic stories, unrealistic stories decreased the use of misinformation.
