Annotation

This paper uses interview data, a balanced theoretical methodology, and social identity theory notions to examine how early midlife gay men (aged 40-53) in four U.S. cities control their age identities via the use of linguistic labels, intragenerational peer talk, and intergenerational conversation with younger gay men in their 20's.
