Annotation

This paper explores public German resistance against Muslim civil liberties, like wearing headscarves, Islamic education supply, mosque erection, and the official admission of Islam by generating an Islamic public holiday. Accounts are sought in negative observances of and conduct towards Muslims and personal value orientations. The results of this study add to the comprehension of the link between bias and acceptance, as well as to actual debates on performing Islam in modern Western societies.
