Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis indicates that both multicultural personality and assertiveness (in Asian international students in the U.S.) are linked to socio-cultural adaptation, which is moderated by academic self-efficacy. Multicultural personality seems connected to social support, yet there is no secondary influence from social support on socio-cultural adaptation, thus agency paths between multicultural personality and social support and social support and socio-cultural adaptation are not bolstered.
