This three-wave study amidst ethnic migrants from Russia to Finland explored attitude solidity and change over migration course towards cultural diversity, i.e., multicultural backing and proneness to cultural maintenance, over the course of migration. Attitude shifts are not linked to shifts in perceived ethnic bias.
