This study explores Israeli and Indian multicultural team members' stereotypes as embedded in the intricate context of global teams, -in casu employed in the high-tech industry-, using the conceptual frameworks of social identity theory, convergence, divergence and crossvergence. The quantitative results report the presence of in-group partiality and crossvergence in global and national stereotypes. The qualitative results disclose that Israelis and Indians produce mirror images of two essential stereotype categories: job linked and personal trait.
