Annotation

This paper explores how American employees in a Korean multinational corporation in the US's perception of information-providers’ cultural backgrounds affect their information seeking patterns from culturally divergent sources. Information-seeking patterns appear more strongly daunted by the discerned power distance for Korean expatriates, and employees’ feedback information monitoring and their task information inquiry from direct supervisors positively and crucially portended communication content with the information source.
