Annotation

An online survey explores cross-cultural measurement invariance (MI) of Casse's (1981) Negotiation Style(s) Profile (NSP-12) in US and Taiwan samples that render individualist-low context and collectivist-high context cultures, and involve managers and CEO's from publicly traded companies. Latent mean differences demonstrate US and Taiwan managers respectively employ more often factual-analytic and normative-intuitive styles.
