This study explores how self-reported humor styles may impact followers' perceived high quality (in terms of contribution, fidelity, professional regard and affect) of their relationship with their leader (FLR). FLR is positively linked to follower affiliative humor style and negatively to follower aggressive humor style and FLR is higher with greater conformity in self-destructive humor styles.
