This paper discusses the production and original validation of the Humor Climate Questionnaire (HCQ), which values positive and negative humor styles and their role in the workplace. The curt HCQ has an evident four factor structure, good internal validity for each dimension, and it accounts for variation in multiple job satisfaction and dedication indicators besides what is clarified by individual humor use dissimilitudes.
