Annotation

Drawing on the within-person design of a diary study of Dutch employees in the automotive industry, these workers appear more committed on days when they use adaptive humor, whereas they appear more emotionally tired on days when they use maladaptive humor. Humor targets' responses do not temper the impact of humor on well-being.
