Annotation

Using ethnographic interview data from two Southern Province public primary and secondary schools, this study discusses Rwandan medium of instruction (MOI) policy and practice, imposing English MOI in all public schools since 2008, and the local realities linked with executing national language-in-education policy without a distinct plan.
