Annotation

This study explores how meeting participants conceptualize an institutional task, formulated in written form prior to the meeting, in their turns of talk and how different recontextualizations are inspired by their interactional sequential position. It also examines how the meeting participants establish their professional identities via the conceptualizations made and how spoken interaction and written texts intertwine and make up a mutual relationship in organizational life.
