Annotation

Based on a multidisciplinary literature review on ampleness, (ir)relevance, repetition, cognitive manipulation and administrative conduct, this study presents a calculated 'overcommunication framework’ for explaining some discursive macro-strategies of positive self-presentation exploited by governments to shun or avert blame, to notify democratic openness, and to implement quickness.
