Annotation

This paper shows the complex negotiation between English as a Second Language (ESL) classroom teachers and their non-native students in order to deal with various rivalling knowledge bases, whether about content knowledge, target language, or personal experience, applying multiple identities to determine the apposite knowledge bases for the task at hand.
