Annotation

This study examines whether the distinct Sri Lankan motherland situation for Sinhala and Tamil speakers caused quantifiably distinct language maintenance practices in Sinhalese and Tamil migrants in Australia. Ethnic religion piety and nationalism appear to enhance language maintenance.
