Annotation

This paper examines the how and when of language alternation practices in dyadic, everyday context parent-child interactions, where the 18 to 24 months old child uses Australian English with her father and older brother and Italian with her mother. Concurrent bilingualism is framed as an issue of participants' local situated interest that can however possess a developmental focus.
