Annotation

This study argues that the growing trend for websites to allow posted responses (in this example on a political blog with news content on the then-impending 2012 U.S. presidential election) may increase both reader involvement and understanding and that lurkers may grasp differently from “noninteractive” readers who are not authorized to post.
