Null subjects are examined in Heritage Cantonese, Italian and Russian and Voice Onset Time in Heritage Italian, Russian and Ukrainian across three generations in Toronto. Lack of correlation with language contact, use and attitude rates makes it hard to read these variation patterns as evidence of either partial acquisition or attrition.
