Annotation

Radical clowning, an ever more favored method amid global justice movement participants in the West can be clarified via clown theory and the notions of play, otherness, inability, and mockery. Play and otherness in the Swedish anti-militarist Ofog network help to convey peaceful values and identify the human in the other. Thus humor can be indocile and defy stable power relations.
