Annotation
This article explores the suppositions concerning the cultural identities of workers in modern research and training in intercultural ability, which center on individual features, motivation, and skills, frequently via a Eurocentric lens. A dialectical viewpoint foregrounds individual traits of capacity with broader societal stances and laws that affect the treatment of women, gays, and other, which can help to better grasp the chances and limitations facing diverse people in workplaces across the globe.
